Helpful staff resolved our breakfast mix-up quickly. The location near local eateries and metro made exploring easy.

The location is incredible and amazing, 10 minutes' walk to Cemiterio de Pere-Lachaise.

Well priced and lovely small hotel, fabulous base for exploring Paris. Nicely furnished & great-sized room, with a balcony, coffee, and a chair. Particularly nice views of inner courtyard. Incredible location near cafes and shops and the metro, which is very easy to use and shopping and a tube station. Again, walking distance to Rue de Charonne. Their service was good. Everything perfect.

The spaciousness of the rooms offers a decent level of comfort. The presence of clean, sparkling kettles adds a touch of convenience.

Chipping wooden furniture and a large hole behind the toilet indicate some maintenance neglect. The absence of air conditioning left the room uncomfortably hot during the summer.

The hotel was very clean, conveniently located just a few steps from the metro, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Washroom facilities were on the small side, but overall excellent value for a city like Paris.

The staff is useful here, the services are very good, and location is absolutely perfect close to the nightlife of Bastille, and pharmacies-everthing. The room is extremely pleasant with decent breakfast, also they can offer wake-up service. The breakfast choices are local with boiled eggs, cheese and hams...

The staff was friendly. Especially a gentleman at the reception who was very helpful. I loved the nearby restaurants and cafes that showcased everyday Parisian life.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and could definitely be improved.

The location is good as it is within 5 mins of a metro station and a supermarket. The room is small but cosy and the staff are friendly.

It is a pity that the double bed is really soft and is quite uncomfortable.

The triple room was huge and had two bathrooms. Loved the body soap and hairdryer in the bathroom. It had an electric kettle and a tv. Spacious with hardwood floors, it even had a laptop safe. The location was spot on with bakeries and grocery shops. Staff were very accommodating and easy to talk to.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the room was impeccably clean with a tv, and the cute staff were always ready to assist, making it an ideal base for exploring the local shops and eateries that come alive in the nearby area with easy access to the local metro.

The location offers excellent access to metro stations and is surrounded by local bakeries and shops. While the cleanliness of the room was commendable, a few fixtures, like the plug socket, needed attention. Friendly staff was great, but a more informative approach would enhance guest satisfaction. Enjoying miso soup during breakfast was a good surprise.
